I found an employer from the USA, but a strange moment. He wants to sign an NDA even though he doesn't formally have a legal entity. faces in the Russian Federation, I don’t see any point in this at all, if I am a resident of the Russian Federation, and work is over the hill.

NDA is a Non Disclosure Agreement and it can be concluded between any parties - even between a cat and a dog, if you really want to. So you can conclude and the NDA itself does not protect against anything - it's just an additional way of legal insurance in case of data leakage to cover your ass
