What to do with threats of complaints to Roskomnadzor?

There is some forum. It has an "offtopic" section, where everything is discussed, incl. politics. After the adoption of well-known laws, there were cases of threats to file a complaint with Roskomnadzor.
Example:
Some events are being discussed. Different points of view are expressed. Someone is sharply offended by this or that statement and this person begins to threaten. “If you don’t delete this, I’ll send a complaint about fascism / extremism / other things” or “If you ban (for such threats), I will send a complaint.”
Because I am not sure about the reasonableness of those who make decisions about blocking in Roskomnadzor, such complaints are annoying.
Who is facing this? What options?

Well, firstly, make the section private (only for registered users).
Secondly, disable viewing this section from addresses from the list https://github.com/AntiZapret/antizapret (show 404 for these addresses, not 403 or any other error).
Unfortunately, there is no way to insure yourself at all, except to close the section.

The link is interesting. Thank you.
Of course you can close. Only then will it turn out that the majority will suffer because of a few inadequate personalities.
Comes to insanity. The bad attitude towards Russian-speaking players in the gaming industry was discussed. An opinion was expressed that Russian-speaking players, on average, have a lower level of culture and communication, a lot of bot growers due to a low standard of living, etc. So there was a man who drew all this to extremism and the humiliation of national dignity.
