Rostelecom requires money, what to do?

The robot from Rostelecom called and said that I owe them money. The problem is that I am not and have never been their subscriber, so where they got my number from is not clear. TP for two letters (through the site, a week has passed) is silent.
What to do?

You can go to them and ask for a contract with your signature. Along the way, you can write a claim about the calls. And you can do nothing :-D

What did the robot say? Suppose you made a long distance call

MTT:
8-53-city-number - for long-distance calls;
8-58-country-city-number – for calls to other countries.
RTK:
8-55-city-number - for intercity calls;
8-10-country-city-number - for calls to other countries.

Have you tried googling the number that the call came from? Most likely, these are scammers, such calls are also received regularly.

Do not mind it. Just got the number mixed up. They also often call me, they say you have our Internet and television. And I don’t even have a landline phone and the Internet is not theirs. (Calling cell phone)
