MySQL not working after server restart, what's wrong?

After non-payment, the server was turned off. Then, after payment, they turned it back on, nothing changed, but when Mysql starts, it says - Job for mysql.service failed because the control process exited with error code. See "systemctl status mysql.service" and "journalctl -xe" for details.

Tried searching the web, nothing helped. What can be done about it?

AVC apparmor="DENIED" operation="open" profile="/usr/sbin/mysqld"

Either configure apparmor correctly or remove it. Lots of avc apparmor = deniedanswers on google
