My shell is "Andromeda os" how to insert it into my OS?

I have a ready-made shell with a built-in File Manager, a music and video player, a browser, and most importantly with a beautiful interface . The shell itself is written in php, java, css . Can read drivers, I need a ready-made OS on which I can put it or know how the OS should work in order to put my own shell on it. The shell is called Andromeda 19 .
