My laptop is malfunctioning, what is the reason?
Recently, the laptop began to freeze (5-10 seconds), open applications for a long time, turn off. What could be the reason? The temperature is kept at around 55-60 C.
PS The laptop is 2 years old
PSS I cleaned it a month ago, but I didn’t change the thermal paste (maybe because of this?)

First of all, check to see if the hard drive has begun to cover itself, perhaps it is trying to open poorly readable areas for too long, and soon it will completely stop reading them.
Then, check for viruses.
check the memory (by booting from a USB flash drive), with this utility
I suspect that the problem is in Windows, and not in hardware. Is CPU/Memory loading OK? What Windows is worth, is it not the assembly of the left? Have you had an AV scan?
