Multisim on a phone with support for one SIM card?

There is a cell phone, let's say on Android. It has one GSM module and one sim slot.
Required: use of two different operators.
I looked at multisim, but there is a problem - one is active, the second is not. There are multi-sim cards with auto-switching in time (for example, 10 minutes each), but this does not suit me.
I want it like on phones with two SIM cards, but one GSM module, is it really possible to do something or is it on the verge of fantasy?
PS. I will try the server with asterix only in a year or two.

This is not possible, because in phones with two SIM cards, in fact, 2 phones.
no multi-sim will make 2 receivers/transmitters to keep both sims active

The only thing I can advise is setting forwarding on an inactive SIM card to an active one. Everything else will be from the realm of fantasy, I guess. Why do you need Asterisk, I would like to ask?
The second working option is to buy a Chinese smartphone on Android for 2 SIM cards

It's impossible. Buy immediately dvuhsimnik. Fortunately, there are now as many as you like and for every taste, including on Android.
