Why don't the herringbone quotes appear in the Helvetica font on mobile devices?

I use the main Helvetica font on the site, the display of all characters is correct.
But on mobile devices, when typing regular 400, the quotes of the Christmas tree "" are displayed as abracadabra, it is worth changing font-weight: bold and everything is as it should be. What could be the reason?

According to some reports, this is a common issue with the Helvetica font on Apple devices and the Mozilla browser.
It is recommended not to use this font.
Arial font is similar to Helvetica, try it.
