Multiple subnets in one VLAN?

Good day.
Essence of the question:
There are three desktops - addresses 10.0.145.55, 10.0.169.54, 10.0.131.72 The
masks are the same: 255.0.0.0.
Gateway not specified.
Combined in an Allied Telesis AT-8000GS/24POE switch (Layer 2).
VLAN 7 on each port. The switch is connected by optics to an optical switch, which, in turn, is connected to the same AT-8000GS/24POE.
On the second switch, also VLAN 7 and desktop with address 10.0.128.3 Mask 255.255.192.0
On the optical switch, VLAN 7 is associated with subnet 10.0.128.1.

In switches, there is no such function as alias - as I understand it, there is no way to combine different subnets into one VLAN.
However, desktops ping, connect, and exchange data.
All brains and Google broke - how is it implemented?

@KonBez

They are on the same subnet and in the same VLAN, what should prevent them from communicating with each other?
10.0.128.1/18, this is from 10.0.128.1 - 10.0.191.255
