Multi-flash drive. How to create it?

Good afternoon. I want to make a multi-flash drive from windows.
I have MSDN builds of Windows 7, Windows 10 and Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2012. As ISO images.
How can I assemble such a flash drive? I re-read a bunch of information, but there is one but. The same grub4dos does not guarantee 100 percent work. For example, on modern PCs, there is often an error about the lack of drive drivers during installation.
I would like all the above versions of Windows and a couple of software to check hdd and ram. Well, whatever live cd.
Also, do Linux based Live CDs work with NTFS file system?
