MR3020 + M100-4 + OpenWRT how to make friends?
I have a TPLink MR3020 router and a modem from a M100-4 megaphone (aka Huawei E3272). I want a clean OpenWRT with transferring the overlay partition to a USB flash drive and my 3G moped for an Internet connection. The problem is, everything works fine on the firmware from here and the modem is detected by itself and the connection is stable, but there is not enough space to install packages to enable USB-Storage support and mount the overlay partition on the USB flash drive. On the OpenWRT Attitude adjusment RC2 firmware, I install the necessary packages and mount the overlay partition on the USB flash drive, but I can’t start the moped. Tell me how best to solve this problem or how to pull the settings for my modem from the Of Modems and Men firmware?
Or offer a 3G / 4G modem that will be adequately detected and work in OpenWRT.

To a similar question, harsh Australian guys answered me that they didn’t want to finish the firmware to enable usb storage: whrl.pl/Rd3BzP They
advised me
to take the usual stable OpenWRT, set up overllayfs, and then take the ZIP file with scripts from the build instructions and roll over - whrl .pl/Rd3zQG
