Two 3G modems in linux - how to set it up?

Good afternoon!
If you connect modems separately, the connection goes fine, but if you connect two at once, then errors occur. They connect via a USB hub - maybe it's his fault?

Is the hub active? Maybe the modems are not getting enough power?

That's right, the food problem! At 4 amps, find an active usb hub (Dlink DUB-1340)

Have you yourself tried to connect them past the hub and see what's in the console?
