How to solve the problem . The other day I cleaned the registry with various programs Windows 10 x64 ver_ 10586. Plus, I tried new software. As a result, I turned it on the other day, but mozilla thunderbird does not work.
(but I'm not sure if it's because of the registry). No viruses, I checked.

Create a new user and check there, as above answered "successfully" cleaned the registry. In general, forget forever the words "registry cleaning", it was relevant in Windows 98, later it became harmful and dangerous.
From the assumptions, it most likely demolished some kind of font cache (cleaners love to clean it) and now here are the problems. If the new user does not work, then reinstall the system.
