Moving the pointer depending on the speed of movement on the touchpad, how to enable?

I used to notice that the faster you move your finger on the touchpad, the greater the distance the pointer goes.
This is very convenient, especially when you drag a file to another place, and before you can drag it, you hit the touchpad border - then without lifting your finger you go back a little and drag it again, but at a faster speed - then you fit perfectly where you need it.
Now, for some reason, this is gone, and it doesn’t matter if you move quickly on the touchpad or slowly - the cursor always travels the same distance.
How can I turn this setting back on and what is the name of this feature?
(Macbook on Windows, there are no such settings in the settings of the touchpad itself)
