Mouse scroll wheel sensor - can I buy it?

I'm probably using mice the wrong way, but all my mice have a wheel that flies very quickly. You have to either buy new ones or buy something for $ 3 and solder the scroll sensor module from there. Such a box is small, where the axis of the mouse is inserted.
So, is it possible to buy a bag at some dx.com or somewhere else? I have no idea what it's called, especially in English, so I can't find it myself.
I would be grateful if someone could tell me where these things can be bought.

It's called "rotary encoder" or even just "mouse wheel encoder". The Chinese have such good stuff in bulk, choose:

Buy a mouse with an optical wheel sensor. Not with an optical scroll, but with an encoder on an optocoupler.
These do not break so easily, at most - sometimes the cracks get clogged with dust, but this is corrected by simply opening the mouse and blowing it out.
