Mouse and keyboard not working when installing Windows 7?

Motherboard ASUS M5A78L-M/USB3.0
The keyboard and mouse are connected via USB and they are connected in USB2.0
In the BIOS they are detected and in legacy there is enable. The whole installation is almost over, now when you need to enter the username and PC, the mouse and keyboard stopped working.

Problem solved, I removed the USB flash drive with the boot disk from the front entry.
