Mouse and keyboard not working in erd commander?

I bought a new computer, only hdd remained from the old one. Windows won't load. 7b bsod error. I found instructions on how to fix it via erdc, launch erdc, select the item with windows 7, Windows loads and the message "initial from silent network connection in the background" pops up, but I can't press anything, the mouse goes out when erdc is loaded, the keyboard also does not work . What to do? Ps2 no mouse, safe mode also 7b bsod. Plugging in the keyboard after loading erdc does not help

Disable USB3.0 in BIOS or plug keyboard and mouse into 2.0 port
