I want to assemble a computer for a Mini-ITX comrade under World of Tanks (budget $ 1000), it will be used in the car, since the comrade is a trucker and spends most of his life on the road. From the laptop categorically refuses.

The most important question is which case to choose? I would not like to end up with a small stove. I settled on two cases:

When powered by a battery, it twists the frequencies to a minimum and does not bring it into game mode. Another tip, no HDD, only SSD, wants to carry a lot of movies - add a capacious flash drive to the kit.
