You must select a server configuration such that all 15 people can share access to this server. Access must be via Remote Desktop.
Software:
- 1C Enterprise version 8 - server (all 15 people should work with it on the same computer at the same time, while the server should behave stably)
- Outlook 2010 or Thunderbird (almost all 15 people have a fast index)
- Office preprocessors
Requirements :
- round-the-clock access to the server
- operating system: Linux
- work without interruptions and brakes with simultaneous access of 15 people and their work with all of the above set of software.

We select a server based on three main parameters - processor, memory and disk. The frontend will be critical to memory and processor, the backend server to the processor, and the database server to all three components at once!
