Mouse and keyboard not working after booting OS?

After loading the OS, neither the mouse nor the keyboard work. Connected them to USB connectors. Got a PS/2 mouse and it doesn't work. At the same time, the mice glow, and the keyboard lights up with indicators only at the initial moment of loading.

After Bios, press F8 until the windows boot menu appears. Then "Safe Mode". If it works, then the problem is in windows.

Guys, thanks for participating in my problem! I solved it. Gathering all your keyboards and mice. Since my computer is old, 10 years old, and Windows XP, the old wired keyboard came to the rescue, which allowed me to enter the BIOS and make sure that the computer sees mice, keyboards and a flash drive, which I connected to the USB connectors. And then, through F8, I went into Safe Mode and rolled back to the last normally working configuration. Among my herd of mice, there was one whose driver was installed there. That is, I already worked with the mouse. It remains to find Claudia, from the old-fashioned ones, which seamlessly registered and began to work
