Mounting choice?

Help with choosing a Mac for video editing. Requirements:
-Editing in Final Cut Pro
-4K 30 FPS in H264
-video up to 20-25 minutes
-multi-camera editing (2-3 cameras) with a simple colorizer (looting), sometimes adding effects, occasionally stabilization
-90% - using the base functionality, 10% - plugins
-2015 and below (because I want to take on the secondary and looking for cheaper)
- price $ 500-600, $ 700 - ceiling, (on EBay)
- comfort of working in the program is important: no lags ( except occasionally microfreezes), freezes
- with conversion to proxy -
rendering time does not matter, naturally within reason.
