How to use iphone as headset for macbook?

I use the telephone program for IP telephony on a poppy book, I brought it to a regular headset from an iPhone and if someone calls I speak through it, but it's not very convenient to have to constantly turn on the headset to get confused in the headphones. Tell me if it is possible to use an iPhone as a wireless headset for talking on sip telephony. Sip clients for iPhone are not suitable. they can't work all the time.

Buy yourself a good Bluetooth headset, pair it with your computer and phone. And forget the crutches.
