Hello. The situation is this, a new computer, powerful, but there are always some problems with the ports, as I understand it in the motherboard, when you work or play, either the keyboard or the mouse constantly disappears, after a while the device is detected again and you can work on.
What can be wrong? How to diagnose and fix this problem? Thank you for your attention.

It's most likely a driver issue, but it could also be a hardware issue. Try booting from a flash drive into Ubuntu or something similar that has its own drivers different from those used all the time. If the problem persists, then it is hardware and a reason for warranty repair.
