I met on the site morpher.ru with a program that puts stress. But when viewing the contents of the library, I did not see how to call a command that puts an emphasis on a word. And if this is not a command, but a separate program, then tell me how it can be done. Nothing comes to mind at all.

To place stresses in texts, use the web service: https://morpher.ru/ws3/#addstressmarks
The morpher.jar library implements a completely different function - case declension.
