I wondered if there is a ready-made solution for monitoring BGP routing with sending information to telegrams, if there is, tell me.
Perhaps there is a ready-made bot - I have searched so far to no avail.

What exactly do you want to monitor? From what railroad? Most routers via SNMP can give the status of BGP peers.
