Choosing an automatic IT infrastructure monitoring system?

The task is to select and implement an IT infrastructure monitoring system.
for example, if the Internet is lost at the main office, just by looking at this system we will understand if there are problems with the proxy, with the switch, or if the provider is “freaky”.
possible options:
1. Total Network Monitor

2. 10-Strike: Network Monitoring

perhaps there is something more advanced or free.

@alkk

As one of the authors of NetXMS , I recommend it.
One of the strengths is native Windows support, including centralized agent updates.

I would recommend Zabbix.
But judging by the lack of mention of the OS in the question and the strange choice of monitoring software, I turn on telepathy and assume that all your servers are WIN. So?
