Which server monitoring to choose?

Greetings!
For personal needs, a server monitoring program or service is needed, up to 10 pcs. Servers for both Windows and Linux.
What requirements should the program\service meet:
- Display the CPU load;
- Display used RAM;
- check the server for availability.
Preferably freeware. I will monitor with Win10.

If it’s very simple and you don’t have to bother with crazy tests , then : netxms.org

New Relic is fully functional, easy to use, has a free plan, plugin support, alerts... Uptimerobot
is good for checking availability .

To view the status of linux servers at home and at work, I use netdata ( https://github.com/firehol/netdata )
Simple and beautiful )))

I really like Zabbix, just today they upgraded to 3.4 - very good, although you first need to read about the configuration, but then you can monitor anything.
