Monitor selection 24"

For work, I print a lot, so that I can fit more code. Up to 20k rur. The market is huge right now, and I spent the last 5 years with a 19 "Acer and did not know any problems until the latter ordered to live long. Therefore, the problem is what to choose. I would love to hear your advice.

UPD: I want a monitor on an IPS matrix

Everyone likes the Dell U2410
:)
however, I bought it for 21k, but I think this is not essential.

Be sure to include your region. At least in the profile, I'm already silent about the question.
Some IPS-matrix monitors already fit into this budget. I strongly recommend. Example .

I also recommend DELL. In general, I also worked with DELL monitors on a TN matrix and I cannot say that the corners are small and everything is bad. Very much. Even more so for your money. So if you don’t like the brightness on an IPS matrix (there is an opinion that it’s bright), pay attention to TN models

But pooftoplyu-ka I maliciously! Why don't they sell touch monitors? In one of the stores, only 2 out of hundreds of four are touch-sensitive, both, of course, on TN, but they cost around 10 sput. Is there really no demand?

If you need an IPS-matrix, then it is better to look at 23-inch models. They are almost twice as expensive. Personally ordered Dell U2311H in Germany, one of these days should arrive. For my taste, this particular model in this category is almost without flaws. It turns out in the region of 9 tyrov along with delivery. Buying in the Russian Federation will be significantly more expensive, especially outside the Moscow Ring Road.
There are more budget options LG IPS236V and ASUS ML239H. They have unsuccessful stands for my taste (dell is regulated as soon as possible), glossy cases (all screens are matte), and there are no USB hubs, unlike dell. True, Dell has ordinary lamps, and these two have LED backlighting (although this is also not always a plus). In the Russian Federation, these two models are much cheaper than Dell, although they are still not very common on sale.
In Germany, the difference between them is less than 1000 rubles. So if you are not afraid of problems with the warranty, you can shop at computeruniverse.net with direct delivery to the Russian Federation. The price there by default is shown with VAT, which is deducted when delivered outside the EU. It makes sense to order something in the load, since the cost of delivery will increase by only a few euros, the main thing is that the total weight does not exceed 20 kg. The best way to pay is through PayPal. A card directly is a couple of euros more expensive.
There are also a lot of codes on the Internet for a 5 euro discount on the first order (more precisely, 4.2 if without VAT). They are given to all buyers and bonuses are awarded to those whose code was used. For a decent discount, these bonuses need to be collected for 10 years, but people eat. Of course, you can also use my own FWODYBZ code, which is unheard of to enrich me by retirement :-)

I remember there used to be only IPS, MVA / PVA and TN (some of them with "overdrive"). Now in one store it appears:
e-IPS, H-IPS, IPS, P-IPS, S-IPS, UH-IPS
C-PVA, MVA, PVA, S-PVA, VA
Does anyone understand this?

ViewSonic vp2365wb.
+ The price has staggered, 3-year warranty, including for the matrix, rotates to the portrait position (this is VERY convenient for coding and reading), very comfortable high stand, good color reproduction out of the box, the most uniform backlight, does not heat up.
- some specimens whistle subtly (I whistle at the bottom right at brightness up to 95%, I keep the brightness 42% I don’t hear the whistle at all). There is no hdmi (it will not affect the quality, but you will have to buy an adapter). Inconvenient access to the USB hub (but who in the monik sticks a flash drive? I have a bluetooth whistle there).
I recommend it as a workhorse. For the remaining 20 tyr loot, buy an SSD drive. =) And there will be happiness.

Do you think LED backlighting is fundamentally better?
