Monitor for layout and text. Which is better?

I choose a new monitor on an IPS matrix instead of a 3-year-old one on TN.
I tend to two options from Dell - 1) market.yandex.ru/model.xml?modelid=10482484&hid=91052 2) market.yandex.ru/model.xml?modelid=7699011&hid=91052
Which one is better for working on websites ? According to the characteristics, the U2312HM has a smaller dot pitch and a brightness of 300 cd/m2. Does this greatly affect image quality?
There is also an option from the same Dell - market.yandex.ru/model.xml?modelid=7349236&hid=910... . Is it worth it to pay extra 3k and take it? 1080 or 1200 does not matter, only the picture quality is of interest.
