Why can't 3 monitors work at the same time?
I have been using two monitors on a GeForce 9800 GT video card (VGA, DVI, HDMI) for a long time. The other day a third monitor appeared. On other PCs it works great, but on a work computer it just shuts down. What is most interesting, Windows perfectly sees all 3 monitors, allows them to be configured separately, but only allows two monitors to work at the same time, and the third becomes turned off. If I make a new monitor the main one, it starts working, and one of the other monitors goes into disabled mode. I don’t understand what could be the snag - I ask for help from professionals :D

Faced the same problem at home. The solution was to connect the 3rd monitor through the built-in video card, it works and integrates with the rest without problems.
As I understand it, the problem is that despite the 3 physical outputs, the video card itself supports 2 independent channels, one of which is only a plug for 2 types of outputs.
