In general, I transferred all resources, TV and TV values ​​from Evo to Revo directly from base to base (all IDs are the same). So. getResources does not see the TV value of the resource until you open the resource in the admin panel and save it, even without changes --- and voila, getResources starts picking it up. In general, there are about 1000 resources, so somehow I don’t want to open everything with handles. I cleared the cache, turned it off, went through all the resources in the code, getting the tv value and setting it, saved the resource and so on --- nothing helps. What can be the problem?

Perhaps something was transferred incorrectly. See what exactly changes in the database after saving the resource in the admin panel...
Alternatively, add a one-time plugin that will forcefully resave all documents.
