How to regenerate aliases to Cyrillic ones?

Hello, there is a need to translate the site into Cyrillic urls. The site has a translit module, and when creating a resource, its name was automatically transliterated into an alias. Disabled transliteration. For the transition, I overwrote all aliases through consle, by replacing the current alias with the current resource header, replacing the space with "-". There were no errors at this stage, the error occurred while regenerating the URI. Modh swore at duplicates, although in the settings he turned off the check for a duplicate. As a result, modx generated uri with an error or did not generate at all.

Wangyu needs to be registered in Punycode .
Neither Cyrillic, nor Chinese, nor any other characters, except for a limited set of ASII , exist in nature. That is, in the http protocol.

although in the settings I turned off the check for duplicates

If we are talking about "Check for duplicate URIs in all contexts", then it is obvious that this function will not affect the check for duplication in one context. After all, you have resources in the context of the web?
Modx offers you:
Resource ID 210 already uses page-name.html URI. Please enter a unique alias or use "Freeze URI" to manually replace it.
