Manually installing packages is very easy. Download the packages that you need by hand.
Upload the downloaded packages via modx to your hosting (the installer has a button for downloading, there is a drop-down menu on the right, the item "Download package").
We look to see if they are in the list, if not, in the above menu, select the "Search for packages locally" item.
If there are, we put. If not, then you can download the packages via FTP, download folder: core/packages
Then, after downloading, again "Search for packages locally" and continue through the script.
