MODX Revo admin does not open items in a new tab. Where to look for a problem?

Hello, I recently discovered that when editing an element (resource, chunk) in the admin panel, I cannot open another element in a new window:
For example, I edit the /manager/?a=element/chunk/update&id=6 element tree chunks another element with the mouse wheel (open element in a new window), and in a new tab the same element opens which I edit + #, i.e. with the link /manager/?a=element/chunk/update&id=6#
I tried different browsers, it works on another computer, but the reason is not clear, I don’t even know where to look.

UPD: The same problem was found on another computer immediately after updating Google Chrome

Rejoice! Ctrl + normal click opens anything in a new window! ))
