How to customize menu with classes and templates via pdomenu?

Hello! In general, I won’t give a clue how to display the menu through pdomenu with styles and templates, here is the menu code that needs to be dragged into templates such as &tplouter &tplinner and other necessary templates for the correct display of the menu. If you know how to help, do not pass by.

<!-- /.navbar-header -->
    <nav class="collapse navbar-collapse">
      <ul class="nav navbar-nav">
        <li class="dropdown"><a href="#" class="dropdown-toggle js-activated">Home <span class="caret"></span></a>
          <ul class="dropdown-menu">
            <li><a href="index.html">Default Layout</a></li>
            <li><a href="index2.html">Home with AJAX Gallery</a></li>
          </ul>
        </li>
