MODX, rename pictures and automatically select them in those tv fields where they were selected with the old names - how?

I uploaded a bunch of photos to the server. On each of the pages of the site, I posted one of these photos via migx.
Now I need to rename almost all the photos on the server (at least add an underscore everywhere instead of a space), but when I do that, migx sees that there are no previously selected images (because the previously selected images are now with a different name).
What can I do so that when changing the name of the picture, migx (and just a tv field) would automatically take the renamed picture?
