Modx - change email to send mail?

I can't find the file/chunk responsible for sending in this case to change the email.
In the settings, it seems like I specified a different email, but it still comes to the old one. Where the sending file can not understand, the site is not I did. There seems to be nothing in the snippets, nor in the theme files.
There is a tab in the menu Settings Forms. But empty.
Most likely, it sends modx in some standard way, but I can’t change where it takes the email.
There is a chunk like this $mailTo = $modx->getOption('email');
I think he sends, where does he get email from?

Apparently, the email is manually registered in the sending chunk itself.
