Is there a forum engine with a special type of privacy?

A private forum is required, registration in which is possible only if you have a special token that is created by the Administrator and sent to all already registered users. Is there such a forum engine that supports at least a similar function, maybe even through plugins, preferably Open Source. Thanks in advance!
