Modeling software?

I want to print simple models, I'm interested in technology, no sculptures. So that there are graphic primitives and you can add models from them, such as Tinkercad or Autodesc 123 design. Why not these? Tinkercad is online, I want a desktop. And I didn’t like 123 design, at least because you can’t just look at it and change the size of the figure, you need to go into some of its settings.
What can you advise from easy to learn? The main thing is that there are no polygons close, planes without volume and other esotericism that I don’t need. The ideal interface is like in Tinkercad. A kind of paint, only for 3d.

Try SketchUp by Google. There are plugins for exporting to STL.

In several articles about 3d printers, I saw a mention of meshlab.sourceforge.net/

If you want in a graphical environment and easier, then Autodesk Fusion 360.
If you want more hardcore and open source, then OpenSCAD. There is real parametric modeling through writing code.
