Mobile version of the site - resolution, page orientation, font sizes?

Good afternoon. For the first time I am making a mobile version of the site, not an application, just a mobile version of the site.
In this connection, several questions arose:
1. What size should I take for the layout? Should I make my layout size 640*960 for iPhone, and 720*1280 for Android, or can I take one size for 640*960 layout?
2. Do I need to create layouts for all pages of the mobile version of the site for the horizontal and vertical orientation of the phone screen, or is it enough to do only for the vertical one?
3. What font sizes can be used for the mobile version of the site?

@KseniyaArt

Make "fluid" layout and dynamic font through JS.

I recommend making one test project in webflow (there seems to be a two-week test period there), and the site will immediately be displayed in mobile versions. Take the code and see for yourself how it is generated inside - it will be better than a thousand words.
