Mobile phone for a child?

Children grow up, and one day they begin to go outside without adult supervision. My son is having just such a moment. I would like to buy him a mobile phone that:

• was in the shape of a wristwatch
  
• had the function of remote tracking by GPS
  
• had at least two emergency call buttons
  
• (preferably) was dust-, moisture-, shock-proof
  

An Internet search yields models that only partially meet these conditions. For example, there are phones with GPS tracking, but in the form of some kind of toy, which is completely impractical when worn.
Could you recommend a model that meets the above requirements?
