Does the satellite distinguish cars from other objects on the map?

Is it possible to work with certain types of objects via satellite? Cars, buildings, roads? Or is it all one image for the satellite?

If we are talking about GPS (although what does it have to do with roads and buildings) - everything is the same for him.
If we are talking about satellite images - too.

The question is akin to whether the film distinguishes a person on it from a cat? The film, like the satellite, does not care, they retain information about the light that hit them.
But the program that processes images, yes, something can.
