How to get gps working on Zte grand s2?

Phone model: Zte grand s2. The thing is that gps has not been working for a year. Satellites are not looking, I tried a bunch of programs, I doubt that the module is broken. Not Mtk, but qualcomm msm 8974. I rewrote gps.config to the Russian Federation, it does not roll. The gps fix program does not find it. Help!
