Mobile apps store their data in the Dropbox/Apps folder. How to change to Dropbox/Apps?

Some mobile apps (I use android) can put their data in Dropbox, in a folder called "Applications" (it's in the Dropbox folder, it was created automatically). Two questions:

  1. Why did the created folder get a name in Russian?
  2. How to change the name to English without breaking the synchronization?
