There was a need to share a file via a link with people, but I would like to control the number of file downloads.

Is it possible to find out the number of file downloads on Google drive or Dropbox?
I know that there is such an opportunity on Yandex disk, but people from all over the world will download my file, and it seems to me that Yandex disk is more for the Russian audience and may cause distrust among a foreign user ... Perhaps there is some other cloud storage with a similar functional and known in the world? You need to understand exactly the number of downloads, or unique clicks on the link.

Use short link services. The number of downloads will not give, only clicks on the link.
