Is it possible to connect all clouds via WebDav?

The computer has a small SSD, 120 GB. I would like to connect all the free cloud storages listed in the tags in the same way that Yandex Disk can be connected via WebDav in the form of network drives.
Is it possible without third party services?
I found https://dav-pocket.appspot.com , but the server has been throwing a 500 error when trying to authorize for a long time.
1) Are there any alternatives to this service for connecting these clouds in the form of a network drive or folder that will not drag all the files from the cloud to the computer for synchronization, but only display their "symlinks" (I don't know what to call it correctly) so that the file itself physically remained on the server, and when opening a folder, I could open it by double clicking, or copy it to myself? It is physically impossible to synchronize all the clouds to my computer - the amount of information in my cloud storage is 5 times more than the volume of the computer's SSD.
2) Has anyone been able to speed up WebDAV in Windows 10? I read on the Internet that when you turn off the automatic proxy configuration checkbox in iexplore.exe, the speed increases, but it didn’t work out - it is sometimes lower than 1 KB / s.
