What anti-virus software removes malicious files from archives and how can I disable archive scanning?

On the Yandex drive, which is synced with all my Windows 10 computers, I have a small selection of programs, some of which the antivirus software can consider malicious (for example, nirsoft's chromepass, which displays all passwords from chrome). All my programs are in password-free RAR and ZIP archives. Kaspersky Anti-Virus is installed on the work computer, ESET Smart Security 8 is installed on the home computer.
I use these programs very rarely, but today I noticed that some archives lack executable .EXE files - only readme.txt and help.chm remained in the archive from the aforementioned chromepass. Password-protected archives were not affected. It so happened that the OS on all computers was freshly installed, and I'm not sure at what point these EXE files were deleted - at the moment, both antiviruses are clean in the Quarantine, now no one swears on chromepass.
Which of these programs decided to remove malicious files from archives? How can I prevent it from scanning archives at all? I don't want to set passwords for absolutely all archives :(

@oia

There is a history in antiviruses, look at the quarantine there, and in the settings there is whether to scan archives or not
