How to transfer several folders from hosting to Yandex.Disk?

There is hosting on nic.ru - you need to transfer from a dozen folders of different sites (5-6 GB) somewhere to Synology NAS or Yandex.Disk

Tried rsync on Synology NAS something does not want to work, maybe something needs to be stirred up with ports ...

Is it possible to upload to Yandex.Disk via rsync from the hosting?
If so, how?
Or are there alternative ways to quickly transfer it all?
