MMOG - Unity3D or UnrealEngine?

Hello!
The question is: which of the listed engines is more reasonable (or, let's say, more correct) to use for a large (or expandable) commercial desktop game of the mmorpg (and rpg) genre? As practice shows (not mine of course :-) ) UnrealEngine is used successfully in many projects, both in mmorpg (and in rpg). But I have not seen the use of Unity3D, (at least as far as I know) except in Mobile Development'e.
Specifically: a desktop toy of the mmorpg genre.
What do MMOGameDevelopment gurus recommend? ) What engine to use and why? What nuances are expected? etc.

Practice shows that most projects on UE merge, but since you asked....
Unity3D or UnrealEngine, of course UE, Unity is very primitive, and you have high requirements.
But if we talk about engines in general, then UnrealEngine is a very popular brand among indie developers, but if you do something really worthwhile, with a good profit, you will have to deduct a lot of money from your profits, to the owners of UE. At the same time, do not forget that the engine is very old.
At the same time, the CryEngine subscription fee is very small, it was reduced after UE became shareware, but against its background, few people noticed this and continue to think that this is a very expensive engine.
