Missing repositories in yum?

Installed yum and it works. But when I try to download something outputs

Все источники пакетов отключены.
Выполните «yum repolist all» для вывода списка доступных.
Включение производится командой yum-config-manager --enable [источник]

When doing "yum repolist all"

[email protected]:~$ yum repolist all
repolist: 0

Reinstalled, doesn't help either.

what distribution is that?

Yum is used in redhat distributions
Install the docker according to the manual from the off site, for your system
It is beautifully installed via apt
